I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a cheery group of people standing in rain for hours on end, what wonderful volunteers, staff, and congrats to all the racers!!

Thanks to everyone again for such a fun day yesterday and to whoever flagged the course – it was spot on, didn’t miss a flag all day – well done.

HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE VOLUNTEERS! I HAD A BLAST! This meant sooo much. in 2009 I came all the way from Atlanta to run this as my first ultra. It was a monster. I remember the hills being HUGE! They got a tad smaller this go . Took 2 hrs and 28 mins off the last one I did which is really awesome to see in 4 years. Thank you guys! MUCHO ALOHA!

Just a quick note to thank you very much for putting on another great DV!  I also wanted to thank you for the great prizes-especially the homemade trophy, which I’ll display proudly for years to come!  As well, thoroughly enjoyed my cup of freshly ground DV 50 coffee this morning-what a great idea! Take care.  See you next year?!

Sincerely,

Suzanne

Great race on Saturday!   Saw some of the prettiest single track sections ever for the first time.   You put on a good race.

Cheers,

Greetings from the sunny Okanagan. I wanted to take a moment to extend a note of gratitude for a wonderful day spent with you and your volunteers. Christopher and I had an extremely memorable time out there on Saturday and would like you to pass along a gigantic thank you for the aid we received.

Warmest regards,

Shirlee

Just a quick thank you for an awesome experience out on the trails at your race this past weekend!

Coming from Edmonton via Sydney, Australia, its hard to experience such technical trails and PAIN as what I did over your 50k course.

Can’t wait to come back next year and learn from the mistakes made on saturday.

Cheers and thanks again!

We just wanted to say thank you so much for including the Impulse Team in such a great day on Saturday. The team had a great time meeting and treating your runners. We hope we did a good job and all the runners left feeling a little relief after such a big race.

Thank you again and have a great day :)

I would like to say thank you for the great race. I haven’t done it in a few years but was very impressed with the your volunteers and the organization. Everyone was so nice and caring. The trails were clearly marked. The running gods were with us that day because Sunday the weather was awful. Once again great race!

Thanks to you and your team for another great run. I heard one guy tell you at the end it was the best marked race he’d ever run and I’d have to agree – even though I don’t usually pay that much attention since I know the course all too well after 13 trips!
